The Schedule & Perks You’ll Love
- Only 36 patient-facing hours per week — paid for 40!
- Flexible 3- or 4-day work week
- Schedule options may include:
- Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM–5 PM, plus two weekdays
- Weekday shifts may be 8 AM–6 PM, 11 AM–7 PM, or a combination, based on clinic needs
- We’re open to splitting weekend coverage for better work-life balance-Saturday or Sunday plus 3 weekdays
- Prefer three longer days? We’re open to three 11-hour shifts (8 AM–7 PM) too!
- More days off for family, hobbies, travel, and everything outside of work
- Competitive salary: $105,000–$120,000+, based on experience
- Opportunities to pick up additional shifts and earn more $$$
- Three additional 8-hour shifts per month could add approximately $15,000 per year

We pride ourselves on the support we give our providers. You’ll spend dedicated time training alongside our Medical Directors and experienced Advanced Practice Providers so you feel prepared and supported before stepping fully into your role.
What You'll Do
As an NP or PA at Just Kids Pediatrics, you’ll care for pediatric patients across the spectrum — from routine well-child visits to same-day sick and urgent care needs.
You will:
- Obtain patient histories and perform comprehensive examinations
- Diagnose and treat pediatric patients from well visits to acute and urgent care needs
- Help us fulfill our role as the patient's medical home
- Document accurately and efficiently in our EMR, with expanding AI-supported services
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and clinical support teams
- Evaluate and manage common pediatric illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans within your scope of practice
- Educate and support parents and caregivers every step of the way
