Overview
We are seeking for an Apprentice to join our team in Bangalore office.
Your Role
- Assist the project accounting analyst in preparing “sales invoice” with significant amount of supporting documentation.
- Perform detailed “verification” of Supplier invoices and validate the information that is already captured by an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) enabled tool.
- Perform Client set up in the CRM, credit risk analysis, payment collection and cash application.
About you
- Education: B’Com / M’Com.
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word
- To have excellent English language skills in both written and verbal form
- Must be able to communicate with internal/external customers and colleagues in a professional manner
- Must have a keen eye for details
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Must be organised and able to be flexible.

- Working hours: 10am – 7.30pm (India Standard Time)
- Work Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
