Mission statement
The collaborator will contribute to the technological resilience initiatives of LCH SA within the Incident & Technology Resilience (I&TR) team.
The mission includes analysing and processing data to generate actionable insights, improving and automating monitoring systems, and contributing to the development and enhancement of the WhatIf Hub platform, which serves as the central interface between I&TR and all IT silos across LCH SA.
The collaborator will also assist in designing and implementing operational improvements and controls leveraging Artificial Intelligence.
Position within the LCH company
The collaborator will join the IT department as an "Apprentice Technology Resilience Developer" within a team composed of senior managers leading technological resilience, data initiatives, and AI governance across LCH SA.
The collaborator will report to their direct manager.
Mission context
The collaborator will intervene in the following tasks:
- Analyze data, produce insights, and support data‑driven decision making.
- Automate and harmonise monitoring and follow‑up systems.
- Contribute to the evolution, development and maintenance of the WhatIf Hub platform.
- Ensure AI‑based initiatives improving execution of IT controls.
- Contribute to code conformity, quality, and maintainability following CI/CD practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the team and its processes.
Technical and Functionnal skills
- Good knowledge of database principles
- Good knowledge of at least 1 software development language
- Familiar with GIT
- Knowledge in software engineering (UT, TDD, Refactoring, Clean Code…).
Interpersonnal skills
- Fluent in English (daily exchange with IT located in London).
- Very good communication skills.
- Good analyse and synthesis skills.
- Direct, dynamic and proactive approach to anticipate and master challenges.
- Team spirit and capacity to work with diverse teams located in Paris, London, Colombo, or external partners.
