Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our cybersecurity team. This role will provide hands-on experience in work scheduling and PMO project management support, offering a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·Work Scheduling:
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables and internal /external billing schedules.
• Support the coordination of resources with project managers and team leads.
• Monitor project progress and help adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholders.
• PMO Support:
• Assist in the development and implementation of PMO processes and best practices.
• Support project managers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Assist in facilitating project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.

Cybersecurity Focus:

• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Ensure that project schedules align with cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks related to cybersecurity

​Qualifications and Experience:

• · We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and can work on their own initiative.
• · You should have an interest in, or have completed courses in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• · Strong organizational and time management skills.
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• · Basic understanding of project management software would be an advantage (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• · Interest in cybersecurity principles and practices.
• · Willing and able to commit to a degree-level course in Project Management.
