What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in managing and updating internal records and legal documentation in compliance systems.
- Support the registration, organization, and archiving of legal documents and reports.
- Aid in responding to official requests, notifications, and legal inquiries under supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation processing.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline legal and administrative workflows.
- Participate in training sessions to develop a foundational understanding of legal operations and fintech regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Currently enrolled in high school or a technical/professional education program, meeting the criteria for an apprenticeship.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and willingness to learn legal tech platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about fintech, compliance, and legal processes.
- Intermediate english for communication

- Exposure to low-code/no-code automation tools or willingness to explore them.
