You'll play a crucial role in creating engaging training content by handling tasks such as helping with content preparation, video recording and editing. We are seeking candidates who can bring a creative perspective to these tasks, enhancing the overall quality of training materials. You'll be able to collaborate with subject matter experts to actively participate in the development of impactful training solutions.

Your assignment
Your key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and enhancing training content from a learning perspective.
Assisting in the creation of computer-based training modules.
Recording and editing videos to deliver engaging and effective training material.
Preparing the communication for the roll-out of the training material across the organization.
Aspects that are touched in the internship:
Training design and development: Enhance your skills in training design (including story line).
Video Production: Apply skills in video recording and editing.
Collaboration: Engage with subject matter experts for a hands-on training development experience.
Company insight: Understand the inner workings of a leading large scale company, gain knowledge of various aspects of procedure writing process, contributing to your professional growth.
Bachelor or master degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.
Experience or enthusiasm for training development
Knowledge of basic video editing tools (Camtasia, etc.)
Knowledge of Text to Speech tools
Analytical skills to dive into defined topics
Interest in Training Design and Development
A passion for enhancing the learning experience
Eye for detail
Creativity
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
You are located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate;
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
