En collaboration quotidienne avec des équipes de techniciens et d’ingénieurs et réaliser les opérations de diagnostic, de réparation, de remplacement de sous-ensembles et de validation finale afin de livrer un produit conforme aux exigences clients, réglementaires et internes à Honeywell Aerospace, dans le respect des objectifs de sécurité, de qualité, de délai et de traçabilité.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborer efficacement avec les câbleurs, les techniciens, l’engineering, la qualité, la Supply Chain et les fonctions support concernées.
- Réaliser la revue des commandes et préparer les interventions en vérifiant la disponibilité des pièces, outils, moyens de test et documents.
- Effectuer les opérations de diagnostic, de recherche de panne, remplacement de cartes électroniques et réparation et câblage simple selon les procédures approuvées.
- Identifier les besoins en pièces, contribuer aux devis et assurer le suivi administratif des interventions (SAP et documentation associée).
- Réaliser les essais et contrôles finaux pour garantir la conformité des produits et des réparations.
- Assurer la traçabilité, la qualité et le respect des exigences réglementaires, des procédures internes et des standards 5S.
- Appliquer les règles de sécurité, signaler toute non-conformité et participer aux démarches d’amélioration continue (HOS, Kaizen, résolution de problèmes).
- Bac +2 technique, idéalement en électronique, électrotechnique, maintenance industrielle ou domaine équivalent.
- Lecture de plans, schémas et documents techniques ; utilisation d’outillages et de moyens de test ; bases en diagnostic de panne.
- Anglais technique.
- Autonomie et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante.
- Compétences en communication claires et concises sur divers sujets techniques.
