Job Summary — Appointment Setting & Call Center Operations Manager
Kalihome is hiring an Appointment Setting & Call Center Operations Manager for its Bay Area / San Jose office. The role is focused on managing appointment setting, customer communication, dispatch coordination, CRM activity, cold calls, warm leads, and call center operations.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, preferably in home improvement, call centers, team management, and customer communication. They must be organized, persistent, goal-oriented, fluent in English, comfortable working from the office, and able to help sales reps become more prepared and successful for meetings.
Main responsibilities include:
Set high-quality appointments, confirm meetings 1 day ahead, dispatch sales reps, manage CRM and leads, oversee onboarding and data, track call center performance, support hiring future reps, maintain customer communication, and improve sales team readiness.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Compensation: Base salary + sales, meetings, and performance bonuses
