As an Applied AI ML Senior Associate in the Corporate Technology Data Science and AI team, you will design, build, and deploy scalable analytical solutions for diverse business needs. You will engage with stakeholders, deliver actionable insights, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies. We empower you to innovate, collaborate, and grow while making a tangible difference in our organization. Your contributions will help us unlock new opportunities and deliver value across Corporate Technology and supported Corporate Functions.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement generative AI and agentic AI solutions using Python to enhance automation and decision-making.
  • Design, deploy, and manage prompt-based models on large language models for natural language processing tasks.
  • Conduct research and guide best practices in prompt engineering to optimize model performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and processing workflows for prompt engineering using cloud services.
  • Develop and maintain tools and frameworks for model training, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Analyze and interpret data to assess model effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment of AI solutions with business objectives.
  • Support the deployment of machine learning solutions into production business workflows.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Master's degree in a data science-related discipline, plus three years of industry experience, or PhD in a data science-related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis, transformation, and analytics using Python.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain production-quality code.
  • Experience with continuous integration and unit test development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated scientific thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and motivated by complex analytical challenges.
  • Experience building and managing data pipelines and workflows.
  • Track record of delivering actionable insights from data.
  • Commitment to professional growth and learning in AI/ML technologies.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven product development.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native deployment in large-scale distributed environments.
  • Experience developing and debugging production-quality machine learning code.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering and orchestration libraries for large language models.
  • Industry experience implementing machine learning solutions in business contexts.
  • Ability to drive innovation and influence technology adoption within organizations.
