工作职责

• 设计并实现用于运行行动型智能体的核心软件框架

• 构建智能体的执行模型、状态管理、工具调用与权限边界

• 实现与真实工具和系统交互的接口（如开发者工具、操作系统、第三方 API）

• 设计任务编排、失败恢复和可观测性机制

• 构建可扩展、可测试、可复用的代码结构，支持多产品使用

• 编写高质量代码并进行严格的代码审查

• 主导技术决策，确保系统在复杂真实场景下可靠运行

任职要求

• 6 年以上软件工程经验，长期以写代码为主

• 扎实的系统设计与工程能力，能构建复杂运行时系统

• 熟悉并发、状态管理、错误处理和可扩展架构

• 有构建框架、平台或底层系统的经验

• 对开源软件或开发者工具有真实兴趣或经验

We build consumer devices to interface with and command AI agents.

This role is focused on building an open-source framework for running action-oriented agents that can act on a user’s behalf across their tools.

We design and sell products for the global market, starting with an AI smart ring for fast dictation and agent interaction. This role owns the core agent execution framework.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a core framework for running action-oriented agents

• Build execution models, state management, tool invocation, and permission boundaries

• Implement integrations with real tools and systems (developer tools, OS-level actions, third-party APIs)

• Design task orchestration, failure recovery, and observability mechanisms

• Build scalable, testable, reusable code to support multiple products

• Write high-quality code and lead rigorous code reviews

• Make technical decisions to ensure reliability in real-world execution

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

• Strong systems programming and architecture skills

• Deep understanding of concurrency, state, error handling, and extensible design

• Experience building frameworks, platforms, or core infrastructure

• Genuine interest in open-source software or developer tools
