Our client is a healthcare technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Design and configure customer-specific AI agents and predictive models, then partner with end users and business stakeholders so the results lead to action. The work blends hands-on Python and SQL development with customer discovery, quality checks on model behavior and continuous refinement.
What you'll do
- Configure bespoke AI agents and machine learning models on top of existing shared infrastructure.
- Maintain the underlying data context that the agents draw on, including agents used across multiple customers.
- Apply evaluation tooling to confirm that agents and models perform reliably before customers depend on them.
- Iterate on analyses and how they are presented, collaborating with internal colleagues until customers act on the findings.
- Run discovery conversations with day-to-day users and walk senior business stakeholders through proposed solutions.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on Python and SQL skills.
- A track record of delivering machine learning, predictive modeling or AI agent work into live customer use, with ownership from start to finish.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or comparable applied machine learning experience.
- Practical experience building and testing LLM-based agents in real projects.
- Hands-on healthcare data experience, ideally on the administrative or financial side, such as claims, eligibility, revenue cycle, EHR or payer and provider operations data.
- Customer-facing technical experience, such as forward deployed or implementation work alongside end users.
Bonus points
- Experience with data pipelines, distributed compute or cloud platforms.
- Ownership of CI/CD and git workflows.

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 180,000 to 230,000 per year
