Responsible for application support and technical enablement of lithography systems and related functionalities. This role works closely with R&D, engineering, and field teams to ensure tool capabilities are effectively deployed and optimized across different application scenarios, meeting requirements for performance, stability, and usability.
- Support the use, configuration, and optimization of lithography tools and system functionalities from an application perspective
- Support the application and validation of new features, configurations, or system improvements on tools
- Analyze application-related issues and drive implementation of effective solutions
- Collaborate with different teams on technical analysis and improvements
- Provide application-driven feedback and recommendations for system optimization and technical decisions
- Participate in cross-functional technical discussions and reviews
- Support analysis and performance optimization of application issues in internal or customer environments
- Explain application concepts, usage approaches, and considerations of tool functionalities to customers or field teams
- Support knowledge sharing and transfer related to tool applications
- Create and maintain application-related technical documentation, user guidelines, and best practices
- Capture application learnings and support continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Master degree or above in Optics, Physics, Materials, EE and other related fields
- Experience in semiconductor equipment, lithography, or related engineering domains
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments
- Experience with lithography tools or related subsystems
- Exposure to new feature, tool, or system upgrade activities
- Familiarity with fab or customer site environments
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
