We are seeking a highly motivated Applications Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, writing proposals, quotes, and contracts while providing technical expertise, sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance with customer proposals and quotes.
- Assist in product selection and customization based on customer requirements.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, training, and demonstrations.
- Work with the engineering and R&D teams to improve products based on customer feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 4+ years of experience in an applications engineering or technical support role.
- Experience in food industry is a must.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
Salary: $96,800 - $108,400
