Responsibilities
Global technical responsibility and marketing support: Global responsibility for technical development in the growth market of aerospace, including the organization of qualifications, the performance of material tests and the generation of technical input for marketing communication materials (websites, data sheets, etc.)
Project management and management: Leading product development to customer application, leading interdisciplinary and international teams, and promoting process development and material modifications to meet key customer requirements
Customer careand internal coordination: Handling technical customer inquiries and collaborating with internal departments such as production, quality management, research & development and customer service
Product and business development: Translating market and customer requirements into product specifications to optimize the product portfolio and support the acquisition of new projects in key target markets
Communication and representation: Regular interaction with customers and target market-specific contacts, as well as external representation of products and their properties, including domestic and international travel
Requirements
Education: Successfully completed technical degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or materials science
Professional experience: Extensive multi-year expertise in composites and plastics within the aerospace sector industry
Skills: Experience in project management of complex technical projects and in stakeholder management across various interfaces
Language skills: Fluent in German and English
Personal skills: Hands-on mentality, team player, leadership skills, diplomatic assertiveness with customer orientation
