Tax preparers are hands-on with clients’ QuickBook files, assist with year-end reconciliations, and prep numbers for serious tax preparation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting/tax preparation /year-end reconciliations
- Knowledge of tax code
- Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel with CCH Prosystems a plus
- Ability to collaborate and work as a team player
- Need attention to detail and follow up skills
- Need solid communication skills to speak with clients regarding missing information, year-end reconciliations, and tax preparation
