Application Systems Analyst/Programmer - HUD

cFocus Software seeks a Application Systems Analyst/Programmer to join our program supporting HUD. This position is on-site in Washington, DC. This position requires active Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:

• Masters of bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
• 3-10+ years of Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer experience
• HUD experience is desired
• 3-10+ years of experience with Log4j, Spring, Documentum, Alfresco, EDM, MuleSoft, OBIEE, Sonar Cube, Informatica, Salesforce, Java, ColdFusion, COBOL, NOMAD, Drupal, PowerBuilder, SQL, JCL, TSO, Git/Gitlab, WebLogic, Visual Studio, VSAM, PeopleTools, Endevor, SharePoint, OKTA, Siteminder

• Fix application problems caused by design, logic, coding, development, and/or infrastructure errors.
• Maintenance may be triggered by an explicit service desk ticket, problem report, or trouble call and involves errors that shall be addressed immediately
• Perform analysis and develop an Application Software Errors Analysis Report to identify impacts to the system and interfaces due to software errors caused by design logic, or coding errors.
• Modify affected programs and data structures, conduct testing, create test reports, and review and update supporting system documentation to reflect the corrections.
• Migrate software files to designated repositories and update the associated service desk ticket.
• Administer improvements to the maintenance and administration of application software
• Support software releases. When the TPOC verifies that User Acceptance Testing (UAT) has been successfully completed.
• Prepare and submit the approved work products to the TPOC as a HARTS software release package, along with all associated documentation required for the HARTS release
