Application Support Specialist.

Job Description:

Xchanging, a DXC Technology company, is looking for a Junior Application Support Specialist.

The resource, will be placed within the Market Data and Derivatives department and will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring and support of Xchanging's applications and services

Responsibilities:

• Application and functional assistance to customers in the financial field, on technical-functional issues;

• Operational supervision of applications;

• Functional analysis and service adaptation screens;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or IT subjects;

• Good knowledge of excel and management tools;

• Basic knowledge of Java, SQL, Python is appreciated;

• Good knowledge of English preferred;

Work Location: Milan (MI) with Remote Work Possibility
