As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning and optimization techniques within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to maintain system integrity.
- Ability to analyze system logs and diagnose complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data protection and business continuity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
