We are looking for an experienced SAP CO/PS Consultant with strong expertise in Management Accounting, Project Systems, and Margin Analysis. The consultant should possess end-to-end implementation and support experience across SAP ECC/R3 and S/4HANA environments, including business process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Controlling (CO)
Configure and support SAP CO processes from SAP R/3 through S/4HANA.
Manage and optimize:
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Internal Orders (IO)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Product Costing
Cost Allocations and Settlements
Period-End Closing activities
Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
Work closely with Finance and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide process improvements.
Margin Analysis (S/4HANA)
Strong understanding of Margin Analysis (Account-Based COPA).
Design and support profitability reporting and analysis.
Configure derivation strategies, characteristics, value fields, and reporting structures.
Support reconciliation between FI and Margin Analysis reporting.
SAP Project Systems (PS)
Implement and support end-to-end CAPEX and OPEX project lifecycle processes.
Configure and manage:
Project Structures (WBS Elements, Networks, Activities)
Project Planning and Costing
Budgeting and Budget Availability Control (BAC)
Project Settlement and Period-End Processes
Configure and support PS Validation and Substitution rules.
Ensure integration with FI, CO, MM, PM, and Procurement processes.
Support project monitoring, cost tracking, and reporting requirements.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO and SAP PS modules.
Experience with Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Budgeting, Allocations, and Settlements.
Expertise in CAPEX and OPEX project accounting processes.
Hands-on experience with:
PS Validation & Substitution
Budgeting
Availability Control
Project Settlement
Good understanding of Margin Analysis (Account-Based COPA) in S/4HANA.
Experience in integration with FI, MM, SD, PM, and Asset Accounting.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
