The Application Support Engineer provides technical assistance for enterprise applications used within the subsidiaries. This includes troubleshooting application issues, maintaining configurations, and assisting in system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support for business-critical applications.

  • Analyze, reproduce, and resolve software defects and issues.

  • Collaborate with developers and vendors to implement updates and patches.

  • Assist with application deployment, configuration, and training.

  • Maintain logs and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of experience in application or technical support.

  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and enterprise applications (ERP/CRM systems).

Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant

  • ITIL Foundation

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (optional)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in application or technical support
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and enterprise applications (ERP/CRM systems)
