Summary:
The Application Support Engineer provides technical assistance for enterprise applications used within the subsidiaries. This includes troubleshooting application issues, maintaining configurations, and assisting in system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line support for business-critical applications.
Analyze, reproduce, and resolve software defects and issues.
Collaborate with developers and vendors to implement updates and patches.
Assist with application deployment, configuration, and training.
Maintain logs and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in application or technical support.
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and enterprise applications (ERP/CRM systems).
Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant
ITIL Foundation
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (optional)
Skills Required
