- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
- Experience in managing and configuring Splunk environments to support business-critical applications.
- Ability to analyze log data and generate meaningful insights to detect and resolve system issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting mechanisms within Splunk to maintain system health.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Capability to work with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Splunk Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
