Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system irregularities and delivering timely solutions to maintain seamless business operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to ensure the stability and efficiency of critical applications within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and implement effective resolutions.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of incidents.
- Familiarity with integration points and data flow within SAP environments to support effective issue resolution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
