- Lead negotiation of complex vehicle contracts and manage contract change control processes.
- Analyze vehicle contract special provisions, terms, and legal compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for vehicle contract policies and procedures.
- Guide cross-functional business teams on contract strategy and risk mitigation.
- Mentor junior contract professionals and provide formal training in vehicle contract management.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation, drafting, review, approval, execution, to closure
Ensure all contracts are properly documented, stored, and version-controlled
Drafting & Review
Draft, review, and validate contracts, amendments, NDAs, SOWs, and service agreements
Ensure contractual terms align with organizational policies and legal guidelines
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Delivery) for contract finalization
Act as a single point of contact for contract-related queries
Compliance & Risk Management
Identify contractual risks and deviations escalate and mitigate appropriately
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client standards
Negotiation Support
Support contract negotiations by preparing summaries, risk highlights, and deviation notes
Track and document agreed changes
Contract Repository & Documentation
Maintain centralized contract repository with accurate and updated records
Ensure proper indexing and easy retrieval of contracts
Renewals & Obligations Tracking
Monitor contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and key obligations
Send timely alerts for renewals and closures
Reporting & MIS
Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, renewals, and compliance metrics
Provide insights for decision-making
Audit Support
Support internal and external audits by providing required contract documentation
Ensure audit readiness at all times
Required Skills
Strong understanding of contract terms, legal clauses, and commercial aspects
Knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency in Excel and contract management tools
