Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Analyze an organization and designing its processes and systems assessing the business model and its integration with technology Research gather and synthesize information to identify customer requirements and define future state and or business solutions Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems Identify and document business processes and workflows Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement Create and maintain project documentation including business requirements documents and functional specifications Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements and gather feedback Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
