Role Overview
Provide functional and technical support for RPMGlobal AMT software to global users used by the client. Responsibilities include handling incidents, troubleshooting complex issues, managing application life cycle (upgrades, patches, deployments), handling app upgrades, managing integration with SAP systems using SAP CPI, and advising clients on AMT features and best practices to optimize asset management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending AMT features and workflows that align with their business objectives.
Recommend best practices for maintenance planning, scheduling, inventory management, and lifecycle costing.
Deliver DevOps support to the existing AMT setup for the client.
Collaborate with internal teams and RPMGlobal for defect resolution.
Diagnose and resolve software, configuration, and data issues.
Reproduce problems in test environments and perform root cause analysis.
Handle application life cycle management, including upgrades, patches, and deployments.
Manage integration with SAP systems using SAP CPI.
Handle user access and configuration management for the application.
Manage and govern enhancement request by the client

Required Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of asset management processes.
Strong knowledge of RPMGlobal AMT or Similar tools such as IBM Maximo
Proficiency in data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience in asset-intensive industries (mining, construction, heavy equipment).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP CPI) and observability tools (Splunk, Aternity).
