Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business processes. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, working diligently to maintain system integrity and enhance user experience, while also documenting findings and solutions for future reference. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting ERP, SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Experience with IFRS15, BRF+, Posting run, Prospective and retrospective change, SSP, Fulfillment type, Allocation , Contract with conflict, Contract in error, Contract combination, Contract balance report, Good knowledge Important RAR table, - Strong understanding of integration processes within SAP environments. - Ability to analyze and optimize existing business processes. - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Revenue Accounting (RAR) along with ABAP and SD Knowledge - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
