Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic and challenging environment where you will act as a software detective. Your typical day will involve identifying and resolving issues within various components of critical business systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. You will collaborate with diverse teams to enhance system functionality and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with supply chain management systems. - Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. - Familiarity with database management and data integration techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Kinaxis. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
