We are currently seeking a talented: Application Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical owner and subject matter expert for the 1C application.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization and L2 support.
- Plan and execute deployments, releases, upgrades, and configuration changes in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure system availability, integrity, and security in line with company policies.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.
- Work closely with vendor support and internal IT teams to resolve incidents and implement changes.
- Participate in change management processes, ensuring all changes follow ITIL and organizational procedures.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities related to the application.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced 1C system administrator with solid understanding of ITIL principles, especially change, incident, and release management.
- Strong technical foundation in system operations, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, IT infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
