Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will manage global enterprise networks, automation, observability, reliability engineering, and large-scale transformation programs. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
4. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
5. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
6. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
8. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
9. Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Mandatory Basic Networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent), Cloud Networking (AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty/ AWS certified solution architect Professional/ Azure Network Engineer Associate/ Professional Cloud Network Engineer/ Terraform Associate)
2. Must Have Skills (Minimum 3 from the list): Enterprise-scale networking architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, Cloud On-Ramp to DC, S2S VPN, Cloud Security Architectures, IAAC, Cloud Automation Platforms, Observability, Cloud Monitoring
3. Good to have Skills (Minimum 3 from the list): CloudFormation, Azure Bicep, Terraform, Google Deployment Manager
4. Good to have knowledge on Skills (Minimum 2 from the list): WAF, DDOS, SDWAN, Multi-Cloud Networking
5. Proficiency in designing and deployment of Network Management, Observability tools and Log Management. Customizing metrics/ alerts/ log analysis. (Optional)
6. Strong understanding of network management protocols and technologies.
7. Knowledge preferred - Zero Trust Security principles, Data Center Networks, Virtual Platforms (NSX-T/ VMware)
8. Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms.
9. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
