As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. 3) Good to have Skills (Minimum 2 should have from listed skills) : Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD
4) Good to have knowledge on Skills (Minimum 1 should have from listed skills) : Cloud Networking, Automation, Wireless, Firewalls
5) Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation
6) Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations.
7) Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network. (Optional)
8) Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
9) Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
10) Hands-on Experience with network monitoring tools.
