Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to data integration and transformation.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with multiple teams to coordinate issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Familiarity with data workflows, job scheduling, and error handling in data services platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
