As an SAP CO Consultant on the OneERP programme, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering the Controlling solution across a large-scale SAP transformation in the real estate sector. Working within the Finance workstream, you will configure management accounting processes, engage closely with business stakeholders, and ensure that cost and profitability reporting meets the needs of a complex, multi-entity business.

Roles & Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP CO components in line with business requirements and programme design standards.
Engage with Finance and Business Planning stakeholders to understand cost management, budgeting, and profitability reporting needs.
Participate in design workshops, prepare functional specifications, and contribute to the solution build across the Controlling workstream.
Support integration design with related areas such as Financial Accounting, Project Systems, and Materials Management to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), resolving defects and retesting fixes promptly.
Assist with data migration activities related to Controlling master data and planning data.
Contribute to the preparation of training materials and support end-user training sessions as required.
Support go-live preparation including cutover planning and hypercare activities post-deployment.
Share knowledge and good practices with colleagues to maintain delivery quality across the workstream.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have Skills:
Hands-on configuration experience in SAP CO including Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, and Profit Centre Accounting (PCA).
Good working knowledge of management accounting concepts such as cost allocation, budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into SAP Controlling designs.
Ability to support or lead testing phases including SIT and UAT on SAP implementation projects.
Understanding of how SAP CO integrates with FI, PS, MM, and SD to support end-to-end financial processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work confidently with finance business users and technical teams alike.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience on SAP S/4HANA implementations, with familiarity with Universal Journal and the simplified CO architecture.
Exposure to Product Costing or Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) in the context of project cost management.
Familiarity with real estate or property development business processes.
Experience working on multi-country or multi-entity SAP rollouts.
