As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ivalua technical SME, client collaboration and strong end-to-end Ivalua SI implementation and AMS programs experience.
- Provide solution architecture expertise to client problems that apply across Source-to-Pay processes of Ivalua modules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of custom software solutions. Coordinate with global onsite-offshore delivery teams.
- Manage risks, escalations, and dependency resolution.
- Actively engage in solution design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Ensure compliance with delivery standards and PMO governance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Ivalua. Ivalua Delivery/Implementation Certification - L1/L2/L3.
- Strong experience in software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges that impact multiple teams and projects.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in S2P/P2P processes.
- Deep expertise of integrations, middleware, APIs, ETLs and ERP ecosystems.
- 6+ years in enterprise application delivery.
- 3+ years in Ivalua program delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Ivalua.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
