Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
Kickstart your career in tech support and application engineering! Join us remotely as the first point of contact for client issues, helping with installations and security setup, while building your skills with Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and SQL Server. If you’re eager to learn and grow into an application engineer role, this is your chance.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshoot client issues
- Assist with installations and security configurations
- Communicate clearly with clients to gather issue details
- Collaborate with the engineering team on solutions
- Grow your technical skills toward application engineering
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in technology field
- Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL Server
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
- U.S.-based and able to pass a background check
Pay range is $55,000 - $80,000
