We are looking for a highly skilled Application Production Support candidate for ReportHub project, a regulatory reporting platform. This role requires strong expertise in regulatory reporting, application-level debugging, and incident management in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Provide 24x7 production support, ensuring high availability and performance of customer applications.
Handle incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for P1–P4 issues.
Collaborate with development teams for fixes and deployments, while maintaining compliance with ITIL standards.
Monitor application performance, analyse logs, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and RCA reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience:
6–9.5 years in application production support with strong regulatory reporting domain knowledge for different jurisdictions (CFTC, ASIC, HKMA, MiFID, etc.).
Hands-on experience with incident handling, JIRA, SQL/NoSQL, and application debugging.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Azure, Linux and basic networking concepts.
Experience of writing SQL queries and anyone scripting language like bash, python etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Knowledge of ReportHub(a regulatory reporting tool) platform is good to have.

Skills Required
