As an Application Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers by supporting Inteliqua's cases, troubleshooting issues, and escalating them to the right teams when needed. You will also contribute to quality assurance by writing test cases and gradually building automation flows within our product.
Your ability to understand our product, our customers’ business, and think creatively to solve problems will be essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our product and how it supports customer business needs.
- Act as a problem solver: troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve support cases efficiently.
- Escalate issues to the right teams in a timely manner when necessary.
- Write test cases to support QA testing and ensure product quality.
- Learn and create automation flows in our product to streamline processes.
- Deliver on tasks within agreed timelines without compromising quality.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Core Skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid knowledge of MySQL for data handling and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of APIs and hands-on experience with Postman.
- Familiarity with JSON and its use in data exchange.
- Basic understanding of HTML.
- Ability to write clear and structured technical and integration documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience writing QA test cases.
- Exposure to automation tools and test frameworks.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
