As we continue our growth, we are looking for an experienced Application Manager to lead our application engineering team.
As an Application Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery and support of our product families Ensemble and Balletto. You will be working closely with development teams and marketing to support our customers as they integrate Alif’s Microcontrollers to their own products.

The role will have the following responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Application Engineers as part of a global team
* Plan and manage the work for the team of Application Engineers
* Ensure timely responses to customer requests and support tickets in cooperation with the team of Application Engineers, development teams and marketing
* Contribute to the planning and definition of tools, examples and documentation required to support Alif customers to maximize the value we bring to them
* Own and drive specific areas of Alif’s support tools and processes
* Develop and maintain white papers, applications notes, etc.
* Write reports backed by statistical analysis
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing outstanding support and guidance
The role can be built around the expertise you have, but here’s some requirements we feel may be beneficial:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with experience in Embedded Systems
* Experience in leading people and teams
* Evidence of successful customer support, management and/or project responsibilities
* Project management experience. Strong preference for Agile software development management.
* Strong background in Software Development with hands-on experience from Embedded Software.
* Knowledge of Embedded Software tools, such as IDE, Embedded Software SDK
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proactive, can-do attitude.
* Experience in working for and/or with microcontrollers like NXP, Nordic, ST Micro etc. preferred.
* Proven track record of working with marketing and sales to define, negotiate and deliver with consensus in timely manner
* Hands on experience with MCU/MPU, bare metal, RTOS, Linux, Zephyr, hardware bringup, debugging, is a strong plus
