Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, construction, and configuration of applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also act as the primary point of contact for any queries or issues that arise during the project lifecycle, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving among team members and clients alike. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis. - Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes. - Ability to configure and customize SAP CO modules. - Familiarity with integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
