We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within Oracle platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence. Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. -While the business situation / problem is given – you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging Accenture’s GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle , Accenture and other providers. -Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption. -Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: -Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. -Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations -Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) -Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects. Must have skill : - Should have complete knowledge and solutioned on the below areas of Oracle B2B Sales Cloud - Resource, Organization setup, Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Household, Partner Management, Application Composer, Page Composer, Custom Security Policy/Rules, Groovy Scripting, SOAP/Rest APIs, Import Export, Simple Custom Reports, Outlook, Office 365, Mobile, Territory, Quota, Forecast Management - Experience in Redwood implementation - Proven working experience in Oracle Sales Cloud in minimum 3-4 E2E implementations. Additional Information:- -The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
