Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements - Ensure timely delivery of projects Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced - Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop. - Automate tasks involving Excel, Email, and PDF processing. - Understand and work with static and dynamic selectors for effective UI Automation. - Apply knowledge of .NET, Python, and regular expressions in automation tasks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities. - Maintain and optimize existing RPA solutions to ensure high performance and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation processes. - Provide documentation and training to stakeholders on RPA processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
