As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and customization capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration with other systems and platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflows, plugins, and customizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting and analytics.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM security and access management.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution deployment and release management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
