As a proposal engineer, responsible for the Oil and Gas related market instrument engineering, including HW design, material take off, installation, configuration, factory acceptance test (FAT), site acceptance test (SAT) and commissioning etc.
ResponsibilitiesDescription (Please list 5~8 job responsibilities)
1. Should be able to work independently for assigned work packages.
2. Preparation of Technical Specification, Datasheet, Technical queries, Technical Bid for various instruments like: Transmitters, Temperature Elements, Flow Meters, Control Valve, MOV, etc.
3. Preparation of Instrument Installation Details, Bulk Material Take off and assist designers in Modelling of instruments and junction boxes.
4. Review design documents submitted by vendors, review manufacturers’ drawings and data for compliance with specifications.
5. Assists in detailed development of established design concepts for process systems, structures and equipment.
6. Implement the configuration or other related job according the inputs and project stands and delivery on time.
7. Discuss the project standard with customers, give the proposal to customers and update accordingly.
8. Travel to site for supervise instruments installation, calibration, commissioning.
Qualifications
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, etc. ):
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Instrumentation or Automation.
2. Good command of English on oral and writing, good computer skill sets
3. More than 3 years experiences of LNG/LPG/Oil filed instruments design or related job.
4. Experience in various types of field Instrumentation, also DCS, PLC, SCADA Hazardous areas is essential.
5. Previous experience in Oil & GAS Terminal/Depot design, installation, commissioning and start-up experience will be preferred.
6. Have knowledge of Tank Gauging, Metering Skid, Flow Computer, Custody Transfer Metering preference.
7. Awareness on API MPMS OMIL guidelines is preference.
8. Awareness of industry or regulatory standards and design criteria pertinent to the particular engineering discipline
Skills(Computer, Communication, Leadership, Behavior, etc):
1. Good at English and communication skill is required, can understand leader assigned works and give feedbacks.
2. Good at AutoCAD tools for design
3. Diligent, Persistence, can work under pressure with global team
