MemryX Inc. is a semiconductor company focused on delivering high-performance, low-power AI accelerators for edge computing. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the company also operates existing engineering branches in Taipei, Hsinchu (Taiwan), and Bangalore (India). We’re in the process of opening a new site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Our unique compute-near-memory architecture minimizes data movement and enables massively parallel, scalable on-chip AI inference. We’ve co-designed a full hardware-software stack (compiler, runtime, and APIs) to make AI development both easy and high-performance. Powered by MemryX Compute Engines, our decentralized many-core dataflow design delivers industry-leading throughput and efficiency, ideal for smart edge devices.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as a technical expert on MemryX AI's platform and solutions. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define and implement solutions that meet technical requirements and project timelines
- Collaborate with customers to integrate MemryX’s accelerator hardware and software into their applications, demonstrating performance and efficiency.
- Analyze the compatibility and performance of MemryX chips on customer platforms
- Optimize software for minimal CPU usage, memory footprint, and runtime overhead
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—compilers, drivers, hardware, and SDK engineers—to debug and integrate complex hardware/software systems
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science with 3~7 years of experience in AE, SW, Systems
- 5+ Programming experience in a relevant area such as C/C++, python or CUDA
- Experience with embedded systems and AI chip compatibility across various platforms
- Practical experience with cross-compilation toolchains and deploying applications on ARM-based platforms
- Experience in Linux, Windows, Android, embedded platform OS
- Self-driven with the ability to work in a startup
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and fluent English
What We Expect to See:
- Proven ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and optimize AI systems accordingly
- Experience with optimization techniques in resource-constrained environments
- Direct experience in embedded computer vision (camera systems, video codec, hardware acceleration, etc.)
- Familiarity with runtime libraries and low-level system programming
- Familiarity with agile development tools like Jira, Git, and GitHub
What We Would Be Happy to See:
- Hands-on experience with computer vision models and related frameworks, including OpenCV, GStreamer
- Experience with deep neural networks and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and ONNX
