General Duties:
Analyze and interpret customer and end user Request For Qualification (RFQ) and specification documents;
Select and validate Güdel products and third party accessory products for customer proposals and projects;
Create budget plans for Güdel products and services for proposals and OCRs;
Prepare proposals for account managers and house account customers;
Interface with inside sales, account managers, engineering; operations and management to determine appropriate solutions.
Support
account managers and customer service with onsite support for customers
including: technical line-ups and reviews, presentations, process and
equipment troubleshooting. Promote Güdel products and company;
Manage
and maintain task request database and document work history for
proposals and projects; and Protects organization's value by keeping
information confidential.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office products;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Excellent presentation skills;
Ability to work flexible hours, occasional weekends, and up to 10% travel;
Ability to represent Güdel in commercial and technical discussions in one-on-one and group meetings;
Ability to work with little supervision as well as in groups to find creative, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solutions to customer challenges;
Ability to deliver Voice of the Company in a positive framework to improve the customer’s understanding and appreciation of the Güdel advantage;
Ability to build relationships, both internally and externally with customers, channel partners and third parties in the industry.;
Ability to recognize and report competitive product offerings and strategies; and
Ability to behave with the highest degree of ethics and integrity.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Additional Information

Principal Duties:
Apply expert level of knowledge with standards and codes associated with large health care and educational facility design.
Coordinate with clients, external resources, and internal team members to ensure that the client requirements have been accurately documented and communicated.
Hands-on leadership and participation with the marketing and the design team to design, ensure quality controls, and manage resources and budgets to meet the project objectives.
Develop and continuously track project talent resources and metrics to ensure that the project is delivered on time, and on budget.mation will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
