Provide application-level technical support to customers, deliver trainings, demonstrations, and presentations, participate in events and exhibitions, support sales and marketing with technical inquiries, publish application/scientific materials, and feed customer insights into product development while using CRM, Power BI, cloud and AI tools.

- Conduct onsite and online Trainings and technical Demonstrations
- Proactively Participate at exhibitions, conferences and user meetings
- Publish and support scientific papers, application notes, and marketing material - Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers
- Work closely together with our international marketing and sales team and support with technical inquiries.

What are we looking for?
- Degree in Electrical Engineering from a technical college or university (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in protection systems incl. basics of IEC 61850 is a plus
- Fluency in Polish and good English skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Analytical thinking and ability to work across processes and structures
- Passion for new technologies, innovation, and continuous improvement
