Responsibilities
- Support the development of next-generation AI Agent products by applying LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP, RAG and related technologies to build AI Copilot and Agent applications for semiconductor smart manufacturing scenarios.
- Work with product managers, software engineers and AI specialists to explore practical use cases in factory operations, data analytics, knowledge management and automated decision support.
- Participate in the solution design, feature development, debugging and validation of AI Agent capabilities.
- Develop integration capabilities between agents and internal business systems, data sources or tools.
- Track mainstream AI Agent technologies, validate innovative approaches.
Qualifications
Must:
- Bachelor or master student, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Automation or a related field.
- Familiar with Python, with basic software development capability and Git experience.
- Basic understanding of LLM application development, prompt engineering, RAG or agent workflows.
- Experience with at least one of the following is preferred: LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI SDK or MCP.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving capability and ability to read English technical documentation.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's or master's student, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- Familiarity with Python and basic software development capabilities
- Experience with Git
- Basic understanding of LLM application development, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent workflows
