Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional design solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
- Design and develop application solutions that align with business processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application design capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
- Strong understanding of database management and SQL queries.
- Experience in application design and development using Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and data migration strategies.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
