Dew Software is seeking a talented and experienced Application Architect/Tech Lead to join our team. As an Application Architect/Tech Lead at Dew Software, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the development of complex software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team to ensure successful project delivery and drive continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable and high-performance software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Guide and mentor the development team in implementing the architectural vision and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance.
  • Lead code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders and clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on application architecture.
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in multiple programming languages and platforms.
  • Prior experience in a technical leadership or architect role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and architect complex software systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices architecture is preferred.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire team members, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
