The impact of the role:
We are looking for a Application Architect to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. You will define architecture standards and guide development teams in implementing best practices, ensuring alignment with SOX and Cybersecurity requirements.
On a given day, an Application Architect will:
- Define application architecture and technology stack.
- Ensure systems are designed for high availability and performance.
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and documentation practices.
- Guide developers and conduct architecture reviews.
- Oversee integration with third-party systems and legacy platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for strategic fit.
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 5+ years in software architecture or senior development roles.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and security.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Amazing if you have:
- Master’s degree or certifications in architecture.
- Experience with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with domain-driven design.
- Exposure to agile and DevOps methodologies.
