ResponsibilitiesLooking for an experienced ECM Nautilus (OnBase) Systems Analyst. The Application Analyst will assist in building the enterprise’s digital experience through solutions such as imaging, web, and collaboration platforms utilizing the Nautilus/OnBase solutions as well as other workflow and automation tools. The Application Analyst will contribute to the design, configuration, build, and daily support of these solutions and actively engage with business partners to solve business problems. A strong passion to continuously improve the user experience and enterprise efficiency is required, as this role will work to turn ideas into deliverables and valuable business solutions.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $77,900 - $153,000 per year plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage OnBase environments, including server and client components
- Administer and maintain the Nautilus platform, which includes installing new software releases and system upgrades, evaluating and installing patches, and conducting application/configuration migrations, refreshes, and restores
- Collaborate with infrastructure providers to determine requirements for deploying database, web, and application servers in a multi-instance environment
- Specify and verify the architecture for OnBase integration with other application systems
- Design workflows, processes, and custom solutions to solve business problems
- Build Smart Forms with corresponding workflows to enhance automation
- Design, build and implement new document import processes utilizing manual and batch scanning tools
- Gather business requirements for business problems, document findings and provide optimal solutions
- Clearly communicate complex technical solutions in a manner where business lines can easily understand
- Handle everyday tasks of site maintenance, reporting, updates, and bug fixes
- Review and monitor analytics and statistics
- Ensure initiatives are in line with business needs
- Research new technologies related to the digital innovation and contribute design recommendations to management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5-6 years experience in OnBase Administration, Workflow and Unity Forms is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience installing, upgrading, enhancing and supporting various large-scale administrative applications, including Hyland’s OnBase ECM software
- Demonstrated experience with implementing/troubleshooting IIS and Windows server
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Working knowledge of IIS, SQL, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery/AngularJS, CSS, C#, ASP.NET, PowerShell and other software and web development languages is highly recommended
- Willingness to accept and manage multiple projects/tasks both large and small
- Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed
